Limite de faturamento chegar\u00e1 a R$ 140 mil em 2028<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Entrou em vigor a lei que amplia o limite de faturamento anual do microempreendedor individual (MEI), prev\u00ea o perd\u00e3o de d\u00edvidas da categoria com a Uni\u00e3o e permite a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o pelo MEI de at\u00e9 dois empregados. A Lei Complementar 238\/26<\/a> foi publicada em edi\u00e7\u00e3o extra do Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o nesta quarta-feira (21).<\/p>\n

O texto teve origem em projeto\u00a0aprovado pela C\u00e2mara dos Deputados em 14 de outubro<\/a>. A vers\u00e3o aprovada, do deputado Rubens Pereira J\u00fanior (PT-MA), incorporou medidas dos projetos de lei complementar (PLPs) 186\/26 e 267\/26, ambos do Poder Executivo.<\/p>\n

O teto de faturamento passa de R$ 81 mil por ano para R$ 110 mil em 2027 e R$ 140 mil em 2028. Os empregados dever\u00e3o receber pelo menos um sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo ou o piso salarial da respectiva categoria.<\/p>\n

Perd\u00e3o de d\u00edvidas<\/strong><\/p>\n

A norma prev\u00ea o perd\u00e3o de d\u00edvidas com a Uni\u00e3o constitu\u00eddas at\u00e9 13 de outubro de 2026, inclusive juros e multas relacionados \u00e0s contribui\u00e7\u00f5es do MEI. Para manter o benef\u00edcio, o empreendedor dever\u00e1 cumprir as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de regularidade dos pagamentos posteriores e as exig\u00eancias para formalizar a remiss\u00e3o dos d\u00e9bitos.<\/p>\n

A lei tamb\u00e9m facilita a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de pequenos neg\u00f3cios em licita\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas, com regras espec\u00edficas para contrata\u00e7\u00f5es de menor valor. A maior parte das medidas entrar\u00e1 em vigor em 1\u00ba de janeiro de 2027, enquanto o novo limite de R$ 140 mil valer\u00e1 a partir de 2028.<\/p>\n
